# Privacy Policy for Feudalism: Kingdoms

This Privacy Policy describes how Feudalism: Kingdoms ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you download and use the App. Feudalism: Kingdoms is developed and published by Berkehan Öztürk ("Developer"), an independent, sole developer. This is the Developer's own original product.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

## 1. Information We Collect

The App itself does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) to play.

### 1.1 Data Collected Automatically

When you use the App, certain information may be collected automatically by us or by our third-party service providers (see Section 2):

- **Device identifiers** (such as the IDFA — Identifier for Advertisers, and vendor identifiers) used for advertising and analytics purposes.

- **Advertising and usage data** collected through the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob), including ad interaction data, approximate location (derived from IP address), device type, operating system version, and language settings.

- **App Tracking Transparency (ATT):** On iOS, the App will request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes. You may allow or deny this request at any time through your device's Settings app (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).

- **In-app purchase transaction data:** If you make a purchase within the App, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect, view, or store your payment card details, billing address, or Apple ID credentials. We may receive non-sensitive confirmation that a purchase was completed, solely to unlock the corresponding in-app content.

### 1.2 Data We Do Not Collect

We do not knowingly collect your name, physical address, email address, phone number, or any other directly identifying personal information through the App, as no account or login system exists.

## 2. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party service to display advertisements:

**Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK)**

AdMob may work with, and serve ads from, third-party advertising networks and exchanges ("mediation partners"). These partners may independently collect device and advertising identifiers to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, subject to your App Tracking Transparency choice.

We are not responsible for the independent privacy practices of these third-party advertising networks. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

## 3. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases processed exclusively through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. All payment information is handled directly by Apple in accordance with Apple's own privacy practices. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

## 4. How We Use Information

Any information collected as described above is used solely to:

- Display advertisements within the App (personalized or non-personalized, depending on your ATT choice and regional consent requirements);

- Operate, maintain, and improve the App's performance and stability;

- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraudulent activity;

- Deliver and validate in-app purchases you have made.

We do not sell your personal information.

## 5. Data Retention

Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on any server operated by us. Advertising and analytics data collected by third-party providers (see Section 2) is retained by those providers in accordance with their own retention policies.

Uninstalling the App will remove locally stored game data from your device.

## 6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App's advertising is configured to comply with applicable child-directed advertising restrictions where required. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information below so we can take appropriate action.

## 7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your information, including the right to:

- Opt out of personalized advertising (via the App Tracking Transparency prompt or your device's Settings app);

- Reset your advertising identifier (via your device's Settings app);

- Request information about, or deletion of, data held by our third-party service providers, by contacting them directly (see Section 2);

- Limit ad tracking through your iOS device settings at any time.

**EEA/UK residents (GDPR):** You may have additional rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. Since we do not directly collect or store personal data on our own servers, requests regarding advertising data should be directed to Google (see Section 2), or you may contact us and we will assist where possible.

**California residents (CCPA/CPRA):** You have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (which may include certain advertising identifier practices). You can exercise these rights via your device's ad tracking settings or by contacting us.

## 8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed in connection with the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

## 9. International Data Transfers

Because the App uses third-party services (such as Google AdMob) that operate globally, information may be processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

## 10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, applicable law, or our practices. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
