## 1. Introduction and Acceptance
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of information by **DancePulse** ("Application," "App," "we," "us," or "our"), a mobile application developed and operated as an independent software product distributed through the Apple App Store.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, you must immediately cease use of the Application and uninstall it from your device.
This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use and constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of DancePulse.

## 2. Information We Collect
### 2.1 Camera and Body Movement Data
The Application requires access to your device's camera to detect and analyze your body movements in real time using Apple's Vision framework. **This data is processed exclusively on your device (on-device processing) and is never transmitted to our servers, stored locally beyond the active session, or shared with any third party.** No images, video recordings, or biometric data derived from camera input are retained after the session ends.
You may revoke camera access at any time through your device's Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera.
### 2.2 Analytics Data (PostHog)
We use **PostHog** to collect anonymized, aggregated usage analytics to improve the Application. Data collected may include:
- App open and session events
- Onboarding completion events
- Dance session start events
- Device type, operating system version, and app version
- A randomly generated anonymous user identifier (not linked to any personally identifiable information)
- General geographic region (country level only, derived from IP address; IP address is not stored)
PostHog processes data in accordance with GDPR. Data is stored on EU servers (`eu.i.posthog.com`). PostHog's privacy policy is available at [https://posthog.com/privacy](https://posthog.com/privacy).
### 2.3 Advertising Attribution Data (TikTok Business SDK)
We have integrated the **TikTok Business SDK** for advertising measurement and campaign attribution. On iOS 14.0 and later, we request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before collecting or sharing your Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA).
- **If you grant permission:** Your IDFA may be used by TikTok for advertising attribution and optimization.
- **If you deny permission:** No IDFA is collected. TikTok's SKAdNetwork provides privacy-preserving, aggregate-level attribution without identifying you personally.
TikTok's data practices are governed by TikTok's Privacy Policy, available at [https://www.tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy](https://www.tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy).
