- Sent to third-party AI services (OpenAI and Google Gemini) solely for the purpose of generating the requested AI output (dressed photo or video).

- Processed in real-time and not permanently stored on our servers.

- Used exclusively for the AI generation task you initiated and for no other purpose.


3.2 Third-Party AI Services


The App utilizes the following third-party AI services to provide its core functionality:


- OpenAI API (for image generation and video generation via Sora)

- Google Gemini API / Veo (for video generation)


These services process your uploaded photos to generate AI content. We do not control how these third-party services handle data internally. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies:

3.3 Local Storage


Generated images and videos are saved locally on your device only. We do not upload, store, or back up your generated content to any cloud server or remote database. If you choose to save content to your device's photo library, that action is performed locally and is governed by your device's own privacy settings.


4. IN-APP PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS


The App offers in-app purchases and subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat (our payment processing partner). We do not directly process or store any payment information. All transactions are handled securely by Apple and RevenueCat. For more information:

All images and videos generated by the App are created by artificial intelligence algorithms. The generated content is synthetic and does not represent real events, real locations, or real scenarios. The AI may produce results that are imperfect, inaccurate, or unexpected.


5.2 No Liability for Generated Content


WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT PRODUCED THROUGH THE APP. Specifically:


- We are not responsible for any resemblance of AI-generated content to real persons (other than the user who uploaded their own photo), places, events, or situations.

- We are not responsible for any content that may be deemed offensive, inappropriate, misleading, or objectionable.

- We are not responsible for any political, religious, cultural, or social implications that may arise from AI-generated content.

- We are not responsible for any emotional distress, reputational damage, or other harm caused by AI-generated content.

- We are not liable for any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising from the use, distribution, or publication of AI-generated content by the user.


5.3 User Responsibility


By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:


- You are solely responsible for how you use, share, distribute, or publish any AI-generated content.

- You will not use the App to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

- You will not use the App to create content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties.

- You will not use the App to create content for fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purposes.

- You will not upload photos of other persons without their explicit consent.

- Any legal consequences arising from the misuse of AI-generated content are your sole responsibility.


6. POLITICAL AND CONTROVERSIAL CONTENT


The App is designed exclusively for wedding dress virtual try-on and wedding-themed video generation. We have no political, religious, or ideological affiliation. Any AI-generated content that may appear to have political, religious, controversial, or sensitive connotations is entirely unintentional and is a result of AI processing, not our intent. We expressly disclaim any association with or responsibility for such content.


7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY


The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.


8. DATA SECURITY


Although we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, we take reasonable measures to ensure secure communication between the App and third-party AI services:

- ANY THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT OR CONTENT

- ANY LEGAL PROCEEDINGS OR CLAIMS BROUGHT BY OR AGAINST YOU IN CONNECTION WITH AI-GENERATED CONTENT


12. INDEMNIFICATION


By using the App, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the App developers, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to your use of the App, your violation of this Privacy Policy, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.


13. GOVERNING LAW


This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
